The History
Long before it became Sant Ffraed House, this was Llansantffraed Court, an estate with a history stretching back to the 14th century. The Grade II-listed house you see today was built in 1912, replacing earlier homes on the site. It’s a place with many stories behind it, ready for a few more to be made.

A new chapter
In 2021, the Oldwalls Collection acquired the former Llansantffraed Court Hotel and began its transformation into Sant Ffraed House. Restoration of the historic house and the addition of the K Room brought together the character of the old estate with space for a new generation of celebrations. Our first wedding followed in June 2022, beginning the chapter we’re sharing with our couples today.

Our Story
It all started back in 2008 with Oldwalls Gower and a big idea to do weddings a little differently. Fast forward nearly two decades, and The Oldwalls Collection has grown to include two of Wales’ most distinctive wedding destinations, Fairyhill and Sant Ffraed House. A lot has changed along the way, but one thing hasn’t: our love for bringing people together and creating celebrations worth talking about. We’ve never been ones for a one-size-fits-all approach, and we’re not about to start now. More choice, more flexibility and more possibilities. That’s what we’re all about.
